Very clean, well located, but above all, friendly and hardworking staff should be emphasized. I travel the states and have forgotten my medicine at another hotel in New York / Queens, and the manager and his staff have done everything possible so that they would be sent to the next hotel near Niagara Falls .. just great ..

Very poor breakfast in morning. Dirty lobby and halls. Door lock did not work correctly. Overpriced for location and quality.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the surrounding area. The room I booked was modern and tidy, featuring a comfortable king size bed, complimentary coffee, and a lovely northeastern view. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.
